Geometry

Geometry is at the heart of our teaching philosophy. Spatial reasoning develops the visual intuition that makes every branch of mathematics more accessible. We teach geometry deeply — not as a collection of formulas, but as a system of logical relationships.

Shapes, symmetry and spatial intuition

Primary geometry builds the visual vocabulary that underpins all future mathematical thinking. Students explore shapes, transformations and basic measurement — developing spatial reasoning through hands-on puzzle-solving.

What we cover

  • Properties of 2D and 3D shapes
  • Symmetry and reflections
  • Angles on a line and at a point
  • Perimeter and area
  • Coordinate grids and basic transformations

Competitions & exams we prepare for in United Kingdom

  • Primary Mathematics Challenge (geometry problems)
  • First Mathematics Challenge
